The color is gold, almost orange, due to long maceration.
The use of amphora gives to this wine visual and organoleptic maturity.
On the nose you can perceive quince, ripe plums and lavender. The perception in the mouth corresponds to the nose perfumes and reveals a long maceration on the skins.

Wine of an ancient, ancestral setting, which can be combined with fatty, complex dishes such as cod, salmon and stewed, fried or roasted eel.
