ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

The color is between antique pink and red gold, typical of long maceration in amphora. 
On the nose there are notes of red fruits and fowers like cherry, strawberry and iris. 
The sip is full, fruity and ripe, soft despite the slight tannic nuance.

PAIRINGS & SERVICE

All-meal wine that can be paired with white meats, short-aged cheeses, mushroom soups, cod in its salad and cream versions, savory pies, lake and smoked fish.
