ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

The color is Intense ruby red with violet refections. The nose releases notes of red fruit and black currant, followed by notes of graphite.
On the palate the wine presents notes of small red berries and balsamic finish
The tannins are soft and silky.
On the nose there are notes of red fruits and fowers like cherry, strawberry and iris. The sip is full, fruity and ripe, soft despite the slight tannic nuance.

PAIRINGS & SERVICE

Perfect pairing with red grilled meats, as well asmedium seasoned cheeses.
